Doug Ruuska 

As a social-technical professional, Doug combines his experience in engineering and community development to support resilient and sustainable outcomes through participatory practices. He has Master of Integrated Water Management from the International WaterCentre (University of Queensland/Griffith University).

Previously, Doug has worked in the private, government and non-government sectors to facilitate processes that identify aspirations and strategies to navigate complex and systematic challenges. Doug brings an empathic and inclusive approach to support impact through his practice.

We work with communities, governments and industry to build regional economies that are climate safe, regenerative and socially just.
